My Story
Mother. Storyteller. Creative strategist. Coach. I wear many hats, which has been, more or less, the story of my life.
I’ve spent my career immersed in the art of storytelling across film, television, podcasts, advertising and marketing.
For ten years, I worked as a story producer and director, writing scripts and story editing for award-winning television and films, and travelling the world for different documentary series. When the first short film I produced went viral overnight, I realized that if you care enough about a story and how it’s told, anyone—and maybe everyone—will care, too.
Now, I combine my background in storytelling with a coaching practice to help people and projects craft meaningful narratives—from personal reinvention and career pivots to creative work that needs emotional depth and structure. And yes—I still take on story editing and producing roles for film, television, and podcasts. I love collaborating on projects that are rooted in curiosity, humanity, and the power of story to connect us across time, space and circumstance.
My work is grounded in what it means to be human, and I think that matters now more than ever. We are at a crossroads creatively, and culturally. As AI reshapes how we create and communicate, many of us are left questioning our value, our voice, and our place in the world.
It took me a long time to reconnect with my creative essence, after years of seeking external validation for work that I did not find fulfilling. With the support of a beloved mentor, I was able to develop a greater understanding of and appreciation for how my lived experience informs my story of who I am, and what I have to share.
Because when you know who you are and what you're here to say, you can begin to create from a deeper sense of purpose. And I know from experience that that kind of inner knowing is truly transformative.
